and as for all the Remaining part of my Estate
whether Real or Parsonal that is not already disposed
of By this my last will and Testament I give and bequeath
the whol and Every part and parcel there of unto my nephew
Ebenr. Wells of Deerfield the Son of my Brother Thos Wells
Late of Deerfield deceasd to him the sd Ebenr. his heirs
and assigns for Ever and Lastly I Constitute ordain
and appoint my Beloved wife Abigail and my sd Nephew
Ebenr. Wells of [ ] Deerfield Executors of this my Last
will and Testament and I do by these presents prevok
disanul and utterly make void all and any former will
and Testament at any time here to fore made or ordaind
and I do also herby Rattify and Confirm and declare
this instrument to be my Last will and Testament
in witness whare of I have here unto Set my hand and
Seal the day and Year first written Signed Sealed
published and declaired by the sr Ebenr. Wells to be
his Last will and Testament in presents of us
