label levels:

There is currently no available "Beginner" label. The following is the default level label: The state Convention voted to ratify the new Federal Constitution by a vote of 187 to 168. Most of the counties in the eastern part of the state were in favor of ratification by a large majority, while the counties of Worcester, Hampshire and Berkshire were very much against it. The counties of York, Cumberland and Lincoln which are listed here are now part of Maine, which separated from Massachusetts in 1820.
