George Fuller, aged fifty-four, writes a loving letter to his wife of fifteen years. She is at home on the family farm in Deerfield, Massachusetts, and he is in Boston where he has seen his paintings "find an Audience." Fuller, the artist, is happy not only to be recognized, but also because people are willing to pay for his work. He has sold four of his "pictures," and he tells his wife how nice it is to have found "people who think as you do in Art."
