Seth (1787-1860) and Caroline (1789-1865) Sheldon had 4 children, but only one of them was a daughter, Arabella, born in 1812. At age 16 in 1828, she was sent to dancing school to learn better how to become a proper young woman. The bill, signed probably by the dancing teacher, Paulette, is for one quarter of the fee, 4 dollars.
